Delivery and Return Policy

 

At La Venya, we believe in providing the best online shopping experience to our customers with major focus on  the quality of the product. Our delivery team ensures timely delivery (Max 4-5 days).

La Venya provides customers with flexible return policy of returning purchased items within 7 days of receipt of the products.

Customers would not be able to cancel the order once the confirmation email has been received.

It is highly unlikely to receive a wrong product from La Venya; as products are thoroughly checked before delivery.

If the products are damaged or wrong product is delivered then they can be returned under the following conditions. A return form needs to be filled before returning the product. http://lavenya.com/index.php?route=account/return

  1. In case of receipt of defective or wrong product, we will replace the item free of cost provided the replacement item is available in stock. If the replacement item is not available we offer the below two choices:

a) We will credit your account with purchased value along with the shipping charges incurred due to return shipping, provided the wrong item is shipped back to us in the received condition with correct packing including product tags, boxes or plastic wrap.  

b) We will offer store credit of the purchase amount which would reflect in your La Venya account. This credit can be used to buy any other product on our site.

  1.  There can be slight difference in colour shades due to the light effect occuring during photo shoot.  
  2. On receipt of wrong products or any mismatch in size; the product must not be worn, washed and damaged. In any of the above cases the product will not be replaced or payment will not be returned to the customer.
  3. Panties or accessories will not be returned due to hygiene reasons
  4. Sale or Special promotion’s products cannot be returned but can be exchanged for any other product of same or higher price.
  5. Return shipping charges would be credited to the customer account in case of genuine returns. It is advisable to contact La Venya customer care for guidance before initiating a return.
  6. Replacement of products would be within 7 working days and refunds within 2 to 3 working days.
